Keith is your man if you want someone knowledgable and true to their word. What I liked most was Keith did not try to talk me into buying hearing aids. He showed real integrity and I believe he had my best interest at heart over making a sale- a rare thing these days. Keith checked my hearing and provided me with good information about my hearing loss and what options I had available.

Took my husband there as he has had a lot of trouble with his hearing aids he got over a year in Vancouver Wa. When we came out of his office he said oh I can hear. Keith fixed his hearing aids as they were all messed up. Saved us a lot of money. As we went there to purchase a new pair of hearing aids. Thank you so much would recommend going to Hear the Answer in The DALLES Oregon.
Keith is an amazing guy, I come all the from Vancouver just to go and adjust my fathers hearing aids and I do it gladly, his treatment is unique and highly recommended. Even at our darkest financial moments he still was and is a very good and professional man. Seriously worth the trip.
I'm writing this review for my Dad who has been going to this business for about 20 years. Dad says Keith does a great job fitting his hearing aids. Dad also prefers the hearing aids he has bought from Keith over the set he got at Providence several years ago. Thanks for helping my dad be part of the conversation again!
Fantastic service! My dad was having a lot of problems with his hearing aids and needed an update on them horribly. Keith was a life savor and was able to order my dad new, rechargeable hearing aids with the ability of volume controls on his phone. Thank you Keith!! It’s been a life savor not needing to have the TV up on volume 50 Haahaa.
