Love my custom molded triple driver in ear monitors. They fit perfectly and sound amazing. CJ and his staff are knowledgeable, helpful and really great to work with. I would highly recommend that if you are looking for high quality custom IEM's at a reasonable price contact HearSmart!

HearSmart Solutions was great every step of the way. Fast in response for booking, frequency of testing multiple people; as we are on site and need things to keep moving understandably, and set up/tear down. Friendly and caring about the work they are doing in the field. I could not imagine utilizing any other service. Got my custom earplugs from here about 3 years ago, wear them all day at work, and they are great. A few weeks ago one of them developed a small split so I called hearsmart to have it replaced, expecting to have to pay for a new set which I happily would have done after 3 years of everyday use. They replaced the broken one under warranty for free. Excellent products and service.

Great experience with the fitting and order! The plugs and headphones I have gotten have been top quality and I haven't experienced anything close to the great sound quality found in typical over the ear muffs or in-ear buds. The plugs have been a dream for hearing protection and I use them all the time now. Foam plugs aren't even touched unless I forgot my molded ones at home. Plugs used in motorcycle riding and fit amazing under the helmet with no need to adjust. I also use them for any power tool or mechanical work I do. The headphones are the only thing I use to listen to anything now! Highly recommended!

Superb products and services. I've been a musician for 20 years and owned (and lost) many pairs of custom musician's earplugs and the ones I have from HearSmart Solutions are the best by far. Your ears are your most valuable resource as a musician and it's imperative you protect it! I love my HS musicians molds and also my triple driver IEM.

Owner is a top notch guy. 90 day fit guarantee was a lifesaver. I had problems with the fit of my right plug when wearing a helmet (just needed to fit slightly differently). He modified it, and when that didn't work remade it completely at no charge. Now they both work great and it's made riding my motorcycle much more enjoyable, I can hear my music or talk on the phone through my headset without being drowned out by wind or engine noise. They also work great at concerts. Highly recommended.
