After struggling with chest issues for months I was so excited to see a local cardiologist. We booked an appointment, sent all necessary paperwork and tests. I unexpectedly learned my insurance was changing and immediately called Nathan. Any information I received I sent to him. Well a few days before the appointment (which I took off work for) he emailed and sent a paragraph of all the reasons why I COULDN’T come to the appointment. Any customer service friendly business would never do this. Then I called that following business day to provide the last of my new insurance information and reschedule....I spoke to a woman who worked front desk and she was EXTREMELY rude. Wouldn’t help me and I even had to stop her to ask if she wanted me to be a patient?! Absolute terrible experience and even worse customer service. Do NOT recommend.
