Heartland Motors in Morris, Mn Michael Howell & Brady Riley were friendly, easygoing, competent, and to me, trustworthy. That is all I could ever ask of a car buying experience and they delivered. Michael went the extra mile by cleaning the cars exterior with a wash where wind blown dirt had really become visible. My son and I travelled a long ways to get the car I knew would be perfect. Excellent customer service they actually treat you like a human unlike the dealerships in Duluth MN. Love the 2014 Chevy 2500hd I purchased. Had issues with it over the last two weeks right after purchase but I called and they were willing to help me out with getting it fixed when they easy could have told me it was sold as is but they didn’t do that they agreed to help and it shows wonders about the employees just because of that I will only buy vehicles from this dealership. A 4.5 hour drive is nothing when you get treated this good. 10/10 will recommend heartland motors to everyone.
