I've used this Company at least ten times now in the redesign of two bathrooms......utterly fantastic and yes, two items arrived damaged however, quickly replaced with no inconvenience to me whatsoever. I ordered a mixer tap from here for our new kitchen. They quickly dispatched the item and it was received the next day. The tap was very nice but it was unsuitable for the sink we had (my fault) so we requested a return and the seller was quick to respond saying we could return the item and would issue us a refund. In the end they said it would be easier for them if we just kept the tap and would issue us a refund regardless. Have to say its the first time I've used this company but it won't be the last. Excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Excellent service from this company. ordered 2 x folding shower seats for our client. these arrived the next day. Unfortunately we had to return them as client changed their mind, nothing wrong with the products. The whole process has been completely effortless. Thoroughly recommend, looking forward to working with them again
Ordered a number of items recently with 1 or 2 issues when delivered but the people on the phone or via email have been great arranging either a replacement or missing item quickly sent out. Shoeb in particular recently has been very helpful. Prices are good and customer service very good. Would and will definitely use again.
My mum ordered from this company- and the customer service was so good she asked me to write a review. The lady she spoke with was so helpful and the delivery men were quick and helpful. I know she will use this company again !
