I bought a car from them in September 2020, within the warranty period I took it back as it was struggling to start and also the blowers didn’t heat up, they told me they’d fixed it but I picked the car up and it had exactly the same faults I confronted them there and then and they asked me to bring it back AGAIN (I live 40 minutes away and had to get someone to follow me there and back every time) I recently took the car to another garage local to me to have the heaters fixed as I was struggling to demist it and it was easier to get a local garage to repair it than take it back to the cowboys at Heatherlands. The local garage rang me to ask how long I had owned the car for I said only a few months they said that when they’d flushed the heater matrix they found it was full of k seal that conveniently hid the fact the the head gasket had gone, when I confronted Heatherlands about this they were rude and aggressively and completely denied that they had put k seal in it or that the previous owner had put it in there despite them not possibly being able to know that for sure! They sold me a car not fit for purpose, in fact not fit for anything. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Bought a Vauxhall Insignia from here in May and had nothing but problems with it since. Engine management light come on the day after I picked it up. Steering wheel nearly rattles off as soon as I hit 70 on the motorway. Had to do an oil and filter change already and now the car stutters really badly when accelerating. I shouldn't be having all these problems so soon after buying it. I would never buy a car from these cowboys again and would urge anyone considering buying one from these not to waste their hard earned money.

My son bought his first car from here, the service was great and he was given the keys to check it over in his own time. Unfortunately due to COVID he was unable to test drive it. He had a problem with the clutch on the way home and on a few occasions after, so he called them and they arranged for it to be seen promptly and without quibble. A new clutch cable was fitted and as it was still in the warranty period it was free of charge.

Absolute joke. Rang the day before to make sure the vehicle was still for sale. Yeah no problem, rang twice more this morning to make sure, due to a 60 mile journey to view it. Yeah still for sale. Me and my parent have traveled down from Wigan. Viewed the car, great I’ll take it. Get ready to make it official and another staff member has come over and said that this car has been promised to another person who has turned up after us with no deposit. Absolute joke.
