Our Property Manager, Gabby Johnson, is great!! She has always been very prompt in her responses and takes care of any requests that we may have immediately. She was on time for the inspection and practiced safety precautions by arriving with a mask on as well as covers over her shoes while walking through our house. I turned on all the lights so she wouldn’t have to touch the light switches. She took excellent notes and was very polite and pleasant. She followed up shortly after the inspection addressing any maintenance requests that were required. It was a very good experience.

I do not normally leave one star reviews, but this company has earned it. If you are a landlord this may be the company for you, but DO NOT RENT from them. We are leaving our current rental due to numerous issues (unfixed issues since the day we moved in), and now have to put up with Heatherman Homes not respecting a request not to show our property during certain hours due to our son being home alone. I have sent numerous e-mails and have called the company multiple times. This is now the fourth time a showing has been scheduled during the hours I have requested no showings to occur. If I had the free time and money to do so I would sue. I believe it is you who needs to read the lease. \show Premises to prospective tenants 60 days prior to the end of Lease Term. Landlord or a designated representative(s) may show Premises to prospective buyers at any time within Lease Term by appointment only with Tenant's consent

Frances helped me buy my home and when I moved she helped me rent it out. Heatherman Homes is by far the very best property managers we have ever hired. If there is a problem, they have the solution. They are thorough and very knowledgeable. We move around a lot with the military and have property managers in other states. None of them compare to the service and care that Heatherman Homes takes with us. Would recommend them to everyone.
