Dreadful customer service. Thoroughly disappointed by their attitude and approach to dealing with supplier problems, and despite ordering goods to the value of 1,000's the problem was pushed down to the customer - making me pay extra for a substitute product of the same specification from the same manufacturer. I always try to support local business but would never use them again after this experience.
