Superb customer support, flawless experience. Kept constantly up to date with delivery estimations when they knew them. In \Covid times\ Thing's don't always go to plan and delays will and do happen but they are out of the control of distributors and wholesalers like System Active. I commend your efforts and anyone who doesn't see the hard work you've put in this year is a fool! Thank you!

Quite possibly the worse company I have ever dealt with. Failed to deliver my item. Then proceeding to blame me for not acting sooner even after I have explained at least twice that I was sick with a liver function issue. I sent emails immediately once I started to work out what had happened. So I am say here today after receiving yet another email blaming me for the position. But I am the customer that has been without the money I paid for the product, without the actual product, and some useless customer service guy telling me it’s my fault and he’s “working on it”. You only need to do a small bit of research to see my case is not isolated. I would be ashamed if my company provided such a terrible service. But then I have standards. Clearly they do not. EDIT: The reply speaks for itself. The delivery company washed their hands of it, System Active clearly cant be bothered to do anything about it, so here I am the customer, still without my money, and still without the headset. Thats all you need to know. And by the way, regardless of my liver function issues. I still managed to keep emailing both companies to try and get this resolved. Incompetent is probably the best word.
Trying to confirm an order has been returned safely to process a refund. Emailed and called multiple times this week and no one has answered or responded. Very disappointing considering the order value is around 500 and I am now concerned I wont get my money back.
Have been impressed by their clear communication and responsive support. The Reverb G2 launch was tough all round (thanks to HP) but from what I saw around the world SystemActive dealt with it better than anywhere else, with timelines, updates and a consolidated support page with guidance and information.
Ordered a HP reverb g2 on launch day that was early July, full payment was taken with a promise that it will be with me by Sept! Pandemic hit and it was delayed untill Dec 1st, unit arrived the same day as 3 friends but the unit wouldn't work with a rtx 3080. Asked how to return the same day took 2 weeks of emails for it to get picked up, both my friends also had there's picked up on the same day the 14th December but no refund for me and both my mates have had a refund. Had an email to say sorry for the g2 launch here's 50 to say sorry but it was denied! Phoned and emailed over the last 2 days with no response. So I've been hundreds of pounds down since early July and I've lost countless hours just trying to return a product that was not fit for purpose.
