Can't recommend Weald Fit and Therapy enough. Dan and his associates are all thoroughly lovely people who make training fun whilst working you hard. I have achieved a 5k run and the South Coast Challenge (a 55k walk) since attending Dan's training sessions so he has helped me get to places I never dreamt I was capable of achieving. No matter what your current fitness level, Dan and his team will absolutely help you get to where you want to be!
