A very long walk from the terminals but very efficient transfer at a very decent price (even better with Oyster card). I use this service every time i have a long layover in London to visit and explore a different part of the city. Plus, if you catch it at the airport you'll be able to get a seat and travel in comfort to your destination. Convenient.

The custom had took a half of my new cosmetics. Before my flight, I checked online the policy, and it only has been said that I have to bring each product of cosmetics not more than 100ml per piece. I brought quite a lot of small bottles with some creams and liquid. Creams they equate to liquid. The custom gave me a very small transparent bag and told me to put all my cosmetics inside. In the end, the half of them they took and through all of that half in the garbage. Is that my fault that it hasn’t mentioned on their website? It is terrible.
