I have hired a lot of cars from a number of places but this was by far the most positive experience. The customer service was excellent, they went above and beyond when I explained my needs and were incredibly pleasant to deal with. The car itself was wonderful and it was a very quick and easy return when we brought it back. I was so impressed with such a high standard of service, I would not hesitate recommending this car hire branch. I look forward to hiring again from them soon!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. My reservation was for 28.06 at 21:00. But Sixt just forgot to tell me that office is closed. On the website it said they close at midnight. Calling them was not an option, nobody answered and we called all the numbers we could find. There was an employee present but she was very rude and told us to get out and come tomorrow, she kept repeating they closed at 8, even though website said 24:00. It ruined all my plans. It took more than 1 hour to pick up the car. 1st car was dirty, second car was cleaner but far from perfect. The information in receipt was false. The return time was 1 day. I sent couple of emails to customer service... no response. I was promised the manager will contact me to discuss the situation and it never happened. Today I visited this branch again. The manager was completely useless. He couldn’t explain why they put wrong drop off time in my invoice and why they charged me for another day. He insisted that all telephone lines are working, but when I offered to call and see if anyone answers, he refused. Complete lack of competence. I really regret that I chose Sixt this time

Very bad experince. Long waiting and only two operators at the front desk. After agreeing the renting dates, the price and the car we paid the full amount300 of deposit. Only after paying, we were allowed to see the receipt and the contract. That's when we realised that the operator wrote the wrong return date. As we found the ew\ price too hight, we cancelled the reservation. The operator wanted us to leave with no email nor any other proof of cancellation and after insisting a lot she wrote for us a very unprecise email. This was 3 days ago. Today Sixt took the FULL AMOUNT from my account, they do not reply to emails nor phone. I'm not sure how long it will take to get the money back (I've already lost overall 3h of my time). If you're considering renting a car from this company, I suggest to look for a different one.

One of the worst experiences in the history of car rentals. The reception lady was the only calming down factor because she upgraded our timing. We were asked to go to the hotel and then asked to walk to the bus stop and had to wait more than 30 min because the pickup truck had to pick us up and drop us at the rental place. I had paid 300 pounds as deposit and also the lady persuaded in taking insurance when I had already taken insurance through the app. The drop was weird because we had to drop the keys in a box and there was no one physically present. They told that they would refund the money in 5 to 10 days but it's more than 10 days and I still haven't go my money back. I emailed them but no response. I called them and they cut the call saying there's no customer service representative to talk to us. This is the worst way to deal with the customer knowing that the company still have my money. I still haven't got my refund back. I'm writing this review so that it would catch attention and I would have to move legally. I'm not the only person disappointed with sixt.
