The people from Heavy Hammer call you and say they are from USHUD. USHUD and the Housing and Urban Development are two different things. If you have a reputable product, you wouldn't have to call and disguise who you are.

If you are considering USHud.com for Real estate lead generation, I recommend this alternative: Take whatever money you are planning to invest in this service and flush it down the toilet. You’ll save time. The leads are far fewer than the company boasts and the vast majority are NOT qualified to purchase based on credit standing and incomes reported by the consumers themselves. Look up “Heavy Hammer INC. BBB complaints” and you will see over 2 dozen complaints from others who tell the exact same story and considering known statistical data showing that only 6% of unhappy customers actually complain, it seems evident there are hundreds more. I also see that Heavy Hammer insults customers when they express dissatisfaction with the service by explaining that, basically, they don’t know how to speak to potential clients. Although veiled as an offer to help, their customers see it as a backhanded insult. Reps from the company say things like business has dropped or we can help you develop dialogue to gain client Interest. I worked with Zillow for one year, paid 960, received 11 leads and converted 4 so I’m not lacking the skills needed to convert. Plain and simple, I strongly recommend you spend the money for lead generation somewhere else. Rick Riccio

This place is a total scam. Able to operate in a grey area as they technically do sell leads but only 10% of them are real. Out of those 10% only 5% are actual interested buyers. Be prepared to scam realtors and insurance people out of money all day aka lie on the phone all day. Also 75% of the workers there are all drug addicts/ scum dregs of society.

They gather realtors names from their websites, and then disguises caller ID calls that way the realtors think they are calling from the state they live in. Heavy Hammer disguises themselves as USHUD because Heavy Hammer itself is already a bad company.

These leads are generated by people who are forced to type in information to access a foreclosure portal. If you're a real estate agent, do not waste your time.

Boiler room atmosphere, the management is horrible. You're selling a scam.

The worst feeling is showing up on your first day and then saying - Who are you? we didn’t give the ok to hire! On October 16th I was called and offered a job by Vince Williams (after two interviews) and given specific instructions on what to bring when I started. Vince took me outside to try and explain his mixup- interrogating me as if I never received a call. I showed him the call on my phone and relayed all the instructions he gave. Although Vince made mention of his mistake- He could not give me a straight answer how the mix up even happened. He then said- don’t worry about this company- you can move forward if you’d like. This is horrible!! In my opinion if he’s HR- then how does the rest of the company run. NO THANK YOU!!

Great place to work. I've been here for over a decade. I love to get the call from real estate and mortgage professionals after they close their first deal from us. I also cannot say enough kind things about the people I have the privilege to work with.
