I have used HCR Removals on a previous occasion and found them to be very good. So for the move I am making very soon I have booked them again. Very pleasant staff....very reasonable prices. Boxes Bubble Wrap and Tape will be supplied if required at a little extra cost

I used HCR this week . It was a very hot day and I live in the top apartment of a four storey block . The guys were amazing! Friendly,professional and worked so hard . Would definitely recommend and use again.

Good service. All possessions delivered safely. They sent a surveyor to price the job and give us a quote to remove all our possession to a new house. Surveyor never checked the loft during his initial assessment, but confirmed that this was included in the quote. On the day of the move, HCR said they cannot go into the loft for insurance purposes -Granted; gave us an additional bill for 300 bill. Even though the additional bill may be reasonable, I would have preferred a more accurate quote will no surprises. This would have enabled me to make an informed decision.

great service, the guys were a little late in arriving but they definitely made up time. We had a lot of furniture and boxes to move and a large wardrobe to dismantle and then erect at our new property. would recommend.

Removel day came & at 9am HCR arrived with a van that was to small with two men . I informed Clair who owns the company & she assured me another van would arrive by 11am . So the two men empty some of the house & left . Most of our things where in the garage. At 1.30pm another van did arrive with one man . He could not possibly load everything on to the van alone . My husband &I had to carry everything out to the van & he packed it . We where supposed to be out of the house by 1pm well we mist that it was 3.15 pm before we set off . After a lot of stress & phone call later I was told I would be compensated. It is almost a week & I haven’t even had a apology .
