Been working with Jake Johnson at ITC for a good couple of years now and has always been a pleasure to deal with, not to mention the response times are the best I've ever had. As I'm moving roles I felt I should come on and leave a personal message, hope you see this.

Beware of this company, very unprofessional. They charge a fee for doing absolutely no work, what a shame this to the industry. The owner, Peter Anderson is rude and has no social skills on how to speak with people and needs educating.

Poor customer service. They are the type of company that wants to collect a monthly retainer with doing no work. Soon as you have issues they will palm you off elsewhere. Beware - their reviews are manipulated, they ask you to take off reviews for discounts or a credit, as has happened in the past. Also most of their 5 star reviews come from accounts that have only wrote one review ever, suspicious suspicious.... The owner, Peter Anderson, is also very unprofessional. He actually swore at me on the phone repeatedly.
