I've been seeing Helen for a little over a year now, and her treatment has been crucial in healing my Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I'd been sick with CFS/ME on and off for around 6 years in total. Being treated by Helen has healed 90% of my symptoms, and I'm now not long off being completely recovered from CFS/ME and living a completely symptom-free life. Helen has completely given me my life back and I am forever grateful. There is hope for everyone with chronic ailments.

My partner and I were trying to get pregnant for a year without any success, we eventually went to the doctors and I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovaries. I was given some instructions on how to get this is check and start to get my cycles back in order; however this also was not very successful. At the time my one of my friend suggested I try acupuncture .This is where I met Helen. She did a 2 hour session to understand my problem and then suggested we start with acupuncture . We started tracking my cycles , my temperature and my overall health. Within 3/6 months i noticed my cycles were getting regular . Meanwhile she also prescribed me Chinese herbs to assist and support my treatment. I am currently 34 weeks pregnant. Helen was very supportive during my pregnancy as well. She was always available to meet & support. I would confidently say she made my pregnancy journey so smooth by treating my Nausea, Sciatic pain and other pregnancy related discomforts I would definitely recommend Helen to all women out there who are needing support to get pregnant. You will be in the best hands. Thanks Helen for everything.

I'd had migraines for 18 years but after two acupuncture treatments by Helen in winter 2018 they have become a thing of the past. I very occasionally have mild signs of an impending migraine but I have not had a full blown migraine now for around 18 months. Helen has also recently helped me when I broke my arm and injured my leg - I think the acupuncture combined with Chinese herbal medicine teas supported the swift reduction of the bruising and swelling. She has a lovely warm and friendly manner and I'd highly recommend her as a skillful and professional practitioner.

I went to Helen after having problems conceiving with PCOS. After one session I became pregnant with my little boy. She has such a calmness and love about her that I have carried on the sessions for my personal wellbeing as after each session I am floating in air and have heightened energy. I would wholeheartedly recommend Helen - she is wonderful!

Entering review on behalf of Corinne- I came to see Helen as I had been told I needed an early induction of my baby at hospital. I wanted to avoid this and chose to use as many natural methods as possible. Helen supported me from my first call with genuine empathetic advice. 3 sessions of accupuncture later at 39 weeks set me up for a very limited medical inducton where I only had to have a pessery for 4 hours rather than 2 24 hour stints. We looked at the sessions as helping prapare my body and mind to 'nudge' things along, as it was early induction rather than late. I truly feel this helped me avoid a synthetic drip, something I had hoped to avoid. She also gave me other fabulous advice regarding my upcoming birth helping me feel more empowered and confident. I felt I could talk about anything with this wounderful woman that had only just met! Please seek her out for help regarding labour and birth! She will remind you of the Goddess you are. X X X
