GAVE ME NEGLIGENT ADVICE! I rang this surgery to book my first appointment to see the midwife. After 20 minutes waiting on the phone I was given information to ring another number. I rang the other number for 4 days solid with no answer. I rang the gp back and again after 20 mins waiting for the call to be answered was told there was a problem with the line for the number she gave me and that she had heard of issues from other patients. I was told to ring the hospital. Upon speaking with the hospital I was informed that the gp receptionist gave me the total wring information and that I should be ringing the maternity advice line! Again given another number which no one answers! Although the gp can't help issues with the phone the receptionist gave me the totally wrong information and needs to be told !

So had appt this morning for a flu jab in Mytholmroyd along with many others. Initially a tad annoyed at chaos in parking. After that though so well organised and felt very safe. Great workers who must have had to repeat the same questions time after time but still did with good cheer. Thanks to all.

Really disappointed that I couldn't access a GP to answer my questions. The person on the phone less than helpful and knew nothing! I have been told the NHS is open not in my experience !
