I had a very thorough eye test at this opticians, and was happy with that aspect of the experience. But I have to say I won't be going back there given that they added a surcharge of 40 to my bill as I was re-using my own frames. Given that my lenses were complex and expense, this extra 40 left a bad taste. I have never known an optician do this before and so they have lost me as a customer.

The optician, who didn't introduce himself, was rushed and didn't explain the tests or prices or explain the results. Expected better of a local service.
My husband wanted some new Oakley Sunglasses, we were in Hebden Bridge and spotted Valli's so went inside. Service was excellent, sorry didn't get gentleman's name who served us (tall, black hair and wore glasses), my husband bought the glasses in the knowledge that if he had any problems what's so ever, he was able to go back and receive the same excellent service.
Hi Just been speaking to Nassar at Valli in Hebden. Twice he has taken the time to talk to me and reassure me about procedures at hospital. He's totally professional at the same time as being friendly, kind and understanding. I'm very grateful to him.
I love my new glasses and the service was first class. Thank you.
