We needed a last minute ride to the airport and Blue Star Transportation delivered! Our driver arrived within 20 minutes of us calling, helped us load our bags, and got us to the airport safely. The vehicle was clean and smoke free. We were lucky to have found a company that could provide such immediate and excellent service. Would definitely recommend Blue Star Transportation.

Victor has always given me fair prices and has been available at almost all hours of the night or day. He is very kind and good with people. My only complaint is that his native language isn't English so not everyone can understand him well. I however can understand him fine. His vehicles are always in great well kept condition. I would Recommend him especially to a first time customer to just give his business a try! If you are looking for affordable fast transportation in a small town that once had none (Blue Star was the first taxi company) he has changed this town and struggles I am sure with the closing of the bar. I am all about supporting local business and Blue Star Transportation LLC were the first to provide this much needed service for such a reasonable rate with a very small hard working crew. Highly Recommend Been Using them for years!! I suggest not listening to these in my opinion complaints that are over exaggerated and of course he may not be able to stop what he is doing to come get you right that second he is pretty much a one man army with a few helpers here and there! Also the person who left a negative review also stated that he made things right in the end so what was the point of the review?
Couldn’t agree more with the last reviewer. I have always had a great relationship as I don’t drive and he is my service. I am home alone with nothing else. I had Victor scheduled (I usually just call and wait until he is available). When I called him an hour in advance of pick up time to take my dog to it’s vet appointment , he tells me he is in Salt Lake City. Since I live in Heber , we only have two services. I called the alternate service to help me out. I had to rearrange the vet appointment. We got it done. But Victor now will not take my calls because I used a competitor, after he failed to show for something I needed to do. Quite unprofessional. I was stranded in the hot sun , outside the vet office , with my 12 week puppy and he wouldn’t take my calls and left me stranded.
If I could give Victor negative stars, I would instantly. At first, he was great, arrived on time, positive attitude, comfortable with direction and safe travels, even discounted prices, for the first 3 weeks. After, he became irritated, hassled me about my traveling schedule, started arriving more than 15 minutes late, driving reckless- way too fast to feel safe as a passenger. I will never use Blue Star Transportation again.
First time visiting Heber and needed a safe ride back to my Airbnb. Victor was the first one to respond after three attempts to other companies and lyft. (I get it small town, things get busy.) He arrives within minutes and in a luxury car no less. Great service, great conversation. Felt 100% safe which is big when you’re traveling alone in a new place.
