Every time I call in I am greeted with a kinda "smile in their voice" person. Bo is wonderful, if he doesn't know the answer he will find out and do everything he can to help you understand, even if he's explained it 3 times already, and won't get frustrated! Corey really knows his stuff. I know I can call him even if i'm in a hurry and he will help me get the answers I need in 2 minutes or less! (or they will call you back quickly)
