Epic has been fantastic to work with, no concerns with any of my projects.

We had a horrible experience with the work provided by Epic Engineering. Epic left out multiple main structural beams in our structural set, headers across an entire floor for doors and windows, and multiple other elements left out or engineered incorrectly. We had multiple project delays due to Epics work and a nightmare trying to have the company fix the issues which ended with us throwing all the work away and selecting a new engineering firm to start all over from scratch as the work was not even salvageable. A complete waste of money and not one apology or offer from the company to comp any part of the poor work. Epic didn’t stand behind their work at all, and made it worse with their high employee turn-over rate as we had a new engineer almost every time we addressed an issue, leaving us to explain our issues and Epics errors to 3 different engineers that was unfamiliar with the project, one of which lost their architect license for faulty work. Stay far away from this firm, this is one of the worst engineering experiences we’ve had being in the real estate industry for 10 years. Save the money you will waste fixing Epics errors and look elsewhere for a different engineering firm from the start.
