Absolutely an amazing facility! They do such a great job with offering all sorts of practices such as balance to water therapy as well as having the attached gym. All of the staff is so kind and amazing! They make you feel like you are at home! The Bluth family is so great! I would 100% recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I used Fit Stop PT in Heber City for my physical therapy post knee surgery, and feel so fortunate for choosing them. I didn't know much about the practice prior to my first visit with Toby, but he made me feel comfortable from the beginning with his calm, professional manner. At times, he would introduce me to one of his assistants to help me with specific exercise routines and I liked each of them. I observed Toby when I was doing exercises near him; he is attentive to each of his clients in the facility, making sure that they are being taken care of. When he is working with you, he is 100% focused on you, and I felt the same with his assistants. The communication was always clear; I knew what I was doing with each exercise option and I felt cared for in a personal manner. The result of my P.T. is complete knee recovery and new found friends in Toby and his staff.

I chose The Fit Stop on a referral from my primary care physician for a lower back issue. I had been dealing with the issue on and off for a couple of years before seeking real help. I finally gave in and am I happy I did. Tobin was fantastic. He thoroughly explained my issue and was able to pin point what was causing it and how to fix. He is amazing and I have referred my wife to him as well. I love that he helped me fix the issue and provide me with ways to limit it in the future. It was half education and half repair. The Front Desk and PT team is amazing there. So flexible and friendly to work with. I will definitely go back; maybe even just for fun. I truly believe that Physical Therapy is the ultimate choice over Chiropractors. The Fit Stop's goal was successful in repairing and limiting future issues.

From the moment I walked through the door I was impressed with the care, service and professionalism of the Fit Stop staff. One of Tyler's many strengths is educating clients on what their condition is and how the plan of care he develops will improve their functionality. His emphasis on continued progress and lifetime maintenance was very helpful. The week after I finished my physical therapy, my daughter sustained a sports injury and we immediately went to Tyler for assistance.

I don't have a g-mail account so I am using my daughters. My experience at Heber City Fit Stop Physical Therapy was great. It gave me back my mobility. Toby is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and why. The excersies he gave me helped to strengthen my legs and were not too hard but effective. His staff is kind and effective. I really liked to be able to make an appointment and not have to wait to be seen. The equipment was very helpful in strengthening my knees. It is a top notch facility with good therapists.
