Jordanelle Rentals and Marina is awesome. Definitely the way to take your family boating. We rented the Moomba-Max 17 passenger. We had 14 people (7 teenagers). We wakeboarded and tubed all afternoon. Kids had a blast. I loved it too because I didn't have to buy an 80,000 boat, drive it to the lake, put it in the water, clean it up at the end of the day, store it, winterize, and insure it. We rented a ski boat from Jordanelle Rental twice this year.
Amazing customer service. I was beyond impressed. I was running late I had my 2 sons, 2 nephews and my niece. Was helping my sister with her kids so she could visit her baby in ICU. The young man that helped me was an angel from start to finish. His name was Cole. He was so accommodating and unbelievably kind. He was incredible trying to make sure everyone was taken care of and happy. He had no way of knowing what we had been dealing with and why we were late. But he made the difference for my family and made a tremendous impression on me. I have told several people of my experience and will continue to. We rented kayaks and paddle boards and it was perfect. Thank you for an incredible time. Special thank you to Cole ️ I hope we see you again. Highly highly highly recommend Jordanelle Rentals
Conveniently located near the main boat launch, it was simple to cart all of our boating necessities from the car to the boat. The scenery is relaxing and the reservoir is large enough for plenty of social distancing. Bluetooth audio on board let’s you bring the tunes of your choice.
Really easy set- up. You arrive, and sign papers, and they take care of the rest. They explain the operations of the jet ski, and OFF YOU GO into the wild blue waters of the Jordanelle Reservoir! So much fun! Staff very pleasant and friendly! The staff on the dock put me at ease, making sure I understood how to operate the ski, and we had a BLAST!!!!
A little pricey, but very convenient. It was easy to pick up the jet skis down at the dock and drop them back off. Check in was smooth, but be prepared that because of COVID precautions only one person per group can go in and you need to wear a mask. Workers down at the dock were very friendly and helpful. Next time we go to Jordanelle we will rent from them again.
Great experience and a way to see other things that Utah has to offer. Equipment was in great shape and the staff was super nice and friendly. I would highly recommend them!! This lake isn't like a quarry so the waves disperse from the boats and it is relatively glassy the entire day. Views of Deer Creek in the background and crystal clear water made it a blast.
The only reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 was that the Google location is wrong and it takes you to a different place then the actual check in spot for the lake. Which is about 10 minutes out of the way by car. The place knows this and hasn't fixed it. The rental was easy, the jet skis we rented were awesome. The people were nice. I wish they had a spot with lockers or something for towels to be left.
