Easy Purchase & Down-to-Earth Car Salesmen. Over the last 17 years, I’ve bought 2 cars from a dealer and two privately. I’ve been going to car dealerships in Salt Lake City, Park City & Heber, to look around and shop for the last 12 months. The guys at Karl Malone Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Heber weren’t trying to hustle me like other dealers. They were easy and pleasant to work with. I also got a good deal on an Unlimited time/100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty, which can be used at any Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep dealer in the country. A special thanks to Bill Hyde. This was without a doubt the best car buying experience I have had. I presented them with a reasonable purchase price and a reasonable trade-in value and after minimal email exchanges we were able to arrive at a purchase price. I drove nine hours to this dealership because they made things so easy. When I arrived to get my new vehicle I was done with the paperwork in less than 15 minutes. It took me longer to clean out my other vehicle than it did to do the paperwork. First class service first class dealership first class vehicles. I will definitely be a returning customer even from another state.

My experience was great! Very knowledgeable sales group with a wonderful finance department also. They helped me find the right vehicle for the price I could afford with no pressure which is what makes then Stand out over the rest of the dealerships I’ve worked with! A nice gentleman names Patrick Saucier was extremely helpful from the start and I highly recommend using him if you are looking to get a personable car buying experience for someone who wants to see you in the car you want within your reasonable affordability. I was picked up for a test drive, got a full service and even when I went to pick up my truck a week before Christmas there was a big red bow on it. Amazing. Can’t ask for much more customer service than this place! I highly recommend.
