We drove all the way from Logan to buy our brand new truck at Labrum which we were able to shop for and pick out online. We sent all of our required personal info beforehand over the phone, so they had everything ready for us when we arrived. The truck was clean and ready to go for our test drive. After we fell in love with the truck, the finance department had everything already printed out which made the process super smooth and quick! They went over all the paperwork thoroughly and explained everything so we understood all the options and terms of the purchase. Before we drove away, the salesman came out to the truck and explained all the features and even connected our phones for us! He also took a picture of us in front of our new ride. Thanks for a great truck and a one of the best experiences we've ever had in purchasing a vehicle!
