I ordered my new truck from Labrum Ford and they couldn't have made it easier of a process. They kept me updated of its arrival and when it would be ready. It was a quick pickup and didn't take long to sign papers. Brent facilitated everything for me and Jim showed me how everything in the truck works before I took it home. I would highly recommend Labrum Ford/Chevy for a new car. They took amazing care of me and making sure my new truck was perfect.

We were in the beginning of our search for a different truck and found one we loved. Marco, our salesperson, was awesome. He took us out for a test drive, showed us the features and let us have time to talk it over. We were then introduced to Beau, the finance manager. He explained the numbers and when we decided to think about it, he didn't push us. Just gave us time to talk and think. The next day, we had the opportunity to talk with Hank, the manager. He listened to our questions and helped us make a better deal. When it was all said and done, rather quickly for a dealership, we had a new-to-us truck that we can enjoy for many years to come at a price we can afford to pay. We are not new to the vehicle-buying experience and are very appreciative of the experience we had with our local dealership. We highly recommend all of these people at Labrum Ford! What a great truck-buying experience! No pressure, just great customer service. We wanted to shop local and were not disappointed at all.

Every single person I had contact with in the Dealership was professional and wonderful to work with. I stopped at many different stores in my buying process and am so happy I found this dealer. They were open, honest, upfront, and they had no hidden fees that I experienced at other places. I would very highly recommend them. A bonus is the sales tax is lower in Heber by almost 1%, so they can save you money in taxes too!

Although we ended up not buying a car from here I just wanted to point out how awesome of a salesman skyler was to us and helping us all the way up until after closing of the store. We got to test drive the new Bronco Sport which was an awesome car but I just couldn’t bite the bullet. He was patient, left us alone to talk when needed and stayed late and was very understanding when it came down to our decision without pushing us to make a sale. Absolutely 1110% would recommend buying a car from these guys given the chance. We were offered a fair amount for our trade in and given a good deal, we just couldn’t do it.
