Furst Construction has been using Legend Engineering for 15 plus years for our projects and have always got top quality service from them. They do projects in Utah for us as well as in many other states around the country. Their staff is very professional and reliable from their field guys on up to the owner. I am currently working with Cal Johnson on the new Ace Hardware project in Heber and things are going great. I also used them to do a topo and stake the lot for my excavation a they did a great job of communicating and being flexible with my needs. I have been a Real Estate Broker, and I have worked as a loan officer and mortgage underwriter for one of the largest and successful mortgage bankers in Utah for many years. This group of engineers are the finest and most professional company that I have ever worked with This company, especially Cal has done marvelous work in putting together a difficult and comprehensive plan for us. His work with one of the most difficult cities in the Salt Lake Valley for developers has been stellar. His professional negotiation talents have been such that we have been able to achieve the subdivision approval and the numerous road blocks which the city required of us was very successful. It is so refreshing to deal with a company who cares for the individual and goes above and beyond the normal requirements to put the customer needs above their very competitive fees. We have been impressed with the cordiality afforded us, and are treated more like family and close friends than just clients. We would highly recommend and will absolutely use Legend Engineering and Cal for any future engineering projects that we may be involved in.
