The day we visited Timpanogos Storage they did not have any units available in the size we needed. Tamara, who is the leasing agent, suggested that we could be added to a wait list. Brilliant idea because we very much wanted to lease at this facility. It is clean, safe, and with easy drive-up access to the units (after one puts in their pin to get into the gates that enclose the storage area). They also have packing supplies and U-haul trucks on the premises, which is handy when moving. We didn’t hear anything for about 6 weeks so we thought we should look elsewhere. In the middle of researching other storage facilities, we got a call from Tamara letting us know one would be available soon, so we immediately secured the unit. Tamara is a real professional with her great follow-through, professionalism and knowledge. We may add, Tamara was so patient and pleasant in answering all our questions. She also took us to the unit to show us how to properly lock it as well as how to use the lock to make sure it locks securely. They give you the really nice lock as part of the lease. Nice! Exceptional service!
I love Timpanogos Storage in Heber. I had very positive experiences with them, from storage to renting a van. They’re always extremely helpful. This was my first experience with renting a storage unit, and it has been by far the best. I wish there was a facility like Timpanogos Storage near my new location! Thank you Timpanogos Storage, for such a positive and painless experience!
