Adam cost them a 500 tire job by not scheduling my appointment on my new car during a snowstorm. He can set the tires aside but not schedule it. Went somewhere where they know what they're doing and appreciate a big purchase and respect your time.

I needed an oil change, I called ahead, The associate said there would be no wait. I arrived and waited to be helped , after 15 minutes , I called again , asking the procedure for an oil change if I should come inside or wait in line , the associate just said to park my car in line . After 15 more minutes I went inside to try and get anyone to help , even to wait in line . There was no response, and a customer with a battery had been waiting 20 minutes already for help after pressing the pin pad summons . There should be no problem waiting for service or a product, but at this TLE there direction , no process for services , and no chance of trusting Walmart with my vehicle with even a simple service . Waiting for a service is simple, oil changes are simple, So when there is no process for waiting I must assume there is no process for my oil to be done correctly and efficiently with no long lasting problems or mistakes. I wasted the 40 minutes For this realization please don’t waste your time or money
I went into the Heber City location today and the auto center was closed. About five weeks ago I had four new tires put on my car and have been having issues with the sensors in them they're always low on air. Come to find out in price where they changed then put the new tires on they only put three sensors instead of 4 because they didn't have the fourth one. So instead of going back to praise I took it to the location and Heber City because this morning the air pressure was down to 18 PSI. I went in and explain to them that I was not happy about driving three and a half hours back to price and the Heber City store had to people from the auto center working in different departments in the store. Ben and Jesus we're wonderful they took the tires off balance them because they were incorrectly balanced in price, two of the three sensors they installed were not installed correctly so they fix those they checked the tire for any leaks of any kind and didn't find any. I cannot say how happy I am with Ben and Jesus at the Heber City Utah location
I took my car in to have an oil change done. Well...the tech drained the transmission fluid instead of the engine oil, and then he overfilled the engine oil with 6 additional quarts of full synthetic. I then paid the 90 and they had me drive a way like that. Of course the car started having some major problems and I took it to the local Lexus dealership to look at it. They quickly discovered the problem and charged me nearly 2,000 to flush out the transmission and engine and refill it all. Well...Walmart will only pay for the flush and refuses to pay for any diminished value or damage done. Their position is that the car runs and drives now, so no further discussion. They seriously are only doing the minimum they can do and are hoping to just push me to the side. I want them to pay for the diminished value that they created.
Never again will I assume they know what they're doing. One day on 77 worth of scrap that wasn't even gauged, and no seeming concern to offer me a warranty, left me paying another 85 on a tow truck the next day.
Had a major oil leak caused by an improper change at another location (Spanish Fork). Lost 2 quarts over 2 weeks after the oil change there. They were extremely helpful and fixed the problem quickly. Very thankful for the great service! My oil doesn’t leak anymore! Thank you!!!!
Wow. This place was a joke. My husband and I ended up with two flat tires coming down the canyon and this was the only place nearby open on a Sunday. We called six times before coming in to see if they could take us without an answer. When we pulled up there weren't any other cars there and one of the employees saw us pull up and walked right by without acknowledging us. My husband let her know we needed assistance with fixing two flats and she came back with "I guess I'll see what we can do" and had a really bad attitude. She measured the first tire and said the tread was too low and they couldn't help. We know this wasn't true since we just had the tires rotated three weeks ago and were told we still had plenty of wear left which is also obvious just by looking at the tires. My husband asked for a second opinion and the next guy to come out didn't even look at them and just said sorry there's nothing they could do. That's it. No telling us our options or anything. So now we're stuck 40 miles from home on a Sunday with two flat tires. Thanks guys. Hope you're enjoying your paid Sunday doing nothing over there, sorry to bother you. UPDATE: We went to Big O in town the following day and they fixed both flats no problem. They couldn't believe we had been told that they weren't fixable.
I just want to express my gratitude to the staff at the tire shop. My boyfriend and I came up to Kamas to camp, when we realized we had a flat tire. We went to put the spare on, when we realized it was flat as well! With only our last 40 on us, the staff went above and beyond to help us. They were so kind, patient, and understanding of our situation and one staff member (Ashly?) even picked up part of the bill for us. I cannot even begin to express how much this helped us and how touched we are that they went out of their way to ensure we made it home safe. Thank you, once again, to everybody in the shop that helped us out today. I will recommend you to anyone that needs tire services!
