Brendan is a fantastic martial arts instructor and has taught me for nearly two years. His classes are well thought out and varied, using a good range of techniques which are broken down for people of all abilities. He is patient, helpful, approachable and encourages everyone to be their best. Couldn't recommend him enough

Exceptional and engaging teaching for people of all ages. Lessons are enjoyable whilst also being challenging and due to this progression in what is taught is fairly quick. Sessions leave you feeling accomplished, positive and like you really been but though your paces in terms of fitness and the martial art itself. Would recommend training here to anyone who would like to learn martial arts, how to defend themselves, get fit and stay in shape or just learn a new skill or find a new hobby.

Chuldow is a perfect environment to give your children (and yourself) the skills and abilities for an ever more challenging world. Professionally run with background checked instructors who are all first aid qualified this is a superb setup. Mr Chadwick is an inspiring instructor, he teaches both my children (and me) and his skill, knowledge and patience ensure everyone gains something in every lesson.
