Our mattress topper arrived Thursday, I can honestly say I've never slept so well. I always take paracetamol before I sleep as I get a lot of pain in my hips. Not anymore. Plus I dont wake to change position. Wish I'd bought one ages ago! 5*

Non responsive, poor customer service, arrogant attitude are just some words I would use to describe our experience of Duvalay. On a positive note the mattress is comfortable pity it’s the wrong size even after two attempts
Duvalay mattress topper purchased approx 4 yrs ago. On a positive it adds a much needed layer of extra comfort and cover is of nice quality. However endless frustration as protective mattress cover has shrunk despite being washed on low temp which means mattress has had to be trimmed a couple of times to fit inside cover. Will purchase foam and make my own mattress topper when I do replace

Incompetent customer service staff and poor pricing policy, they do not deliver the products and service that they portray. Duvalay took an order then couldn’t fulfill it, their resolution was to join bits of foam together, which is in effect a highly priced bodge job, but tried to blame the customer, now seeking legal advice, recommendation - do not use this company!
Called on the off chance of picking up replacement duvalay covers, but found out we were supposed to order in advance,but we were served and got the products we wanted. Great service and products.
