Sadly despite three e-mails, a telephone call and sending the work I wanted completed, to show that I was a serious buyer with intent to purchase from someone local. When I spoke to him on the phone he said he never received it and gave no alternative e-mail to ensure that he had received what would have been an definite order with more to follow!
