Long wait on the phone only to be interrogated by triage, sorry, receptionist. Only emergency appointments, it's not an emergency but another year of discomfort I can probably manage. I'll trust to luck it's nothing serious. Stay home, protect the NHS. Got it!

Horrendous avoid like the plague my dad is the only family member still going fobbed off for years being told he had \heart burn\ of course he ended up having a heart attack last year. He can't get an appointment. They constantly lie to him about phoning back it's truly horrendous the lack of care they have shown he also can never get his meds timely receptionists should be ashamed of themselves
been trying to get a call back off the doctor for the past week and every time I ring I get told the same thing. absolutely useless doctors.
Horrible on the phone.dont get no where with them. Been with them for 20 years never had another doctors and all of a sudden then strike me of after prescribing me some new medication.discusting if you ask me.
Been meaning to praise my GP practice for years hence my review. Been with this practice since birth, with one gap when I was living out of area for study. I can always get a same day GP appointment *when it’s necessary*, for me or my family. The staff are friendly, willing to help, willing to listen, and we feel safe in their care. Fabulous and thank you!
