I visited Hectic Hat Hire yesterday with my friends and had a truly enjoyable experience. Rosie was an exceptionally patient and experienced advisor who was able to help us through the process of selecting the right hats for our upcoming event. We were told to walk with our dresses/outfits, and this was a good decision as we were able to see what the entire outfit would look like. There was a great selection of hats both in styles and colours. I would definitely recommend Hectic Hat Hire and would use them again. Thanks Rosie, my trip from Cardiff was definitely worth it!!

Needed a hat for a wedding, colour of my dress was orange so I thought I would have to go for a completely different colour as it would be difficult to match. Wrong. Walked in and the 2nd hat I was shown was 'the one', perfectly matching the colour of my dress! I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Really great service, highly recommended not just because of the huge choice but the help you get from the staff who know their stock, and can help you find something that not only matches the colour and style of your outfit, but suits your height and body shape so you don't end up with the hat wearing you rather than the other way round.

I went to Hectic Hat Hire yesterday. It was brilliant! There were millions of hats in every shade imaginable. It can be quite overwhelming actually! We were told to bring our outfits by Rosie. Very good advice. The style of the hat and colour really matters and Rosie is brilliant in making suggestions! If you want a truly spectacular hat or stand out fascinator/headpiece Hectic Hat Hire is the place to go to.
This shop is enchanting just like walking into a fairytale...there are hundreds of hats in so many shapes and shades. Rosie is so friendly, kind and helpful and her expertise and knowledge are amazing. She will not force a hat choice as she wants you to be happy but trust me you will get your dream hat. Thank you Rosie I will never go anywhere else!
