EBike-Solutions, on June 30th, 2020, provided me service no better than I could ever have asked for. Nico, who aided informing me on converting a bicycle to electric, helped me every step of the way. He is very patient, expert translator and knowledgeable on an intimate personal level with the electric folding bikes. No bicycle is beyond conversion. Excitedly I report that I too very soon will enjoy this new lifestyle as I convert my own Birdy bike to electric. I highly reccomend calling EBike-Solutions today. I have owed the guys at ebike solutions this review for 4 years but better late than never. This is the *best* ebike shop in Germany. My electric cargo bike that they built from a Dutch frame was the best bike I’ve ever had and rode way better (safer more comfortable AND faster) than the 7000 Riese and Muller I tried this morning. The service is also above and beyond- I’ve called with every and any problem or question over the years and it’s always quickly and professionally solved. The only thing they can’t fix is that my beloved bike was stolen last month, although after thousands of kilometers (I stopped using my car) it is about time for a new one and will be taking the train to Heidelberg to try to get a new one from them! Thanks again Kai and the rest of the team for years of great riding. My kids cried when ‘Matilda’ was lost as she was part of our family. And if you see a black cargo bike with a peeling red and yellow box and flower stickers, please let us know as we will come take her home!!!!

Die Produkte die sie verkaufen sind in Ordnung. Sie tun das, was sie sollen und sind einfach zu montieren. Der Preis scheint mir (vor allem bei den Akkus) deutlich teurer zu sein als bei der Konkurrenz, bei Reparaturen zeigt man sich allerdings kulant und konstruktiv. Was definitiv eine große Schwäche ist, ist die Bearbeitung von Reklamationen/Reparaturen und der Informationsfluss. So kann es sein, dass man 6 Wochen nichts von seiner Bestellung hört, weil irgend ein Teil nicht lieferbar ist. Aber kein Hinweis, nichts. An der der Hotline hat man es meist mit Leuten zu tun, die scheinbar keine Ahnung von dem haben, was in der Werkstatt passiert. Zumindest passen die Aussagen in den seltensten Fällen zum Problem. Häufig werden Dinge zugesichert, die nicht passieren usw. Man braucht viel Geduld. Fazit: Produkt: Prima. Service: Mangelhaft.
