Very unfriendly and unhelpful to people who cannot speak German.

Doctors and nurses are very Kind and make us feel like at home. The only Thing that is not perfect is that we always have to wait for about half an hour even we had an appointment.

My German husband was recently diagnosed there with high blood pressure and atrial fibrillation (Vorhofflimmern). The team immediately referred him to a cardiologist who agreed with the diagnosis. A month later, after taking my husband took the medication, we wanted to go back for more information. Dr. Hestermann (woman) spent at least 20 minutes with us, answering all our questions, switching from German to English easily when I had a specific question in English. She never made us feel rushed or that our questions were unimportant. Both my husband and I felt very comfortable and reassured with her. Later that evening I was telling my German group about this very positive experience st this Praxis, and three other women also stated they had experienced equally positive treatment from different doctors of this same team.
