My laptop froze on me - I'm not a complete computer ignoramus, but also not an expert. I rang up this place and they said I could bring it round immediately. After about a minute, the laptop was up and running again and they refused to take any payment, as the epair\ was so quick and easy - for them! Friendly, competent and quick - highly recommended.

They are extremely helpful and quick to get your product back to you. I wasn't sure of which hard drive to replace my broken one with and the gentleman explained in detail both options. Although I went with the more expensive option, his recommendation seemed genuine and not about making a profit. I would 100% recommend.

מקום מצויין! אני סטודנטית פה בהיידלברג ובדיוק בתקופה הזו המחשב שלי החליט לעשות בעיות . קראתי כמה ביקורות של מעבדות תיקון שונות וזו הייתה גם קרובה וגם עם ביקורות מעולות! ולמרות שהגעתי בדיוק בסגירה עדיין הסכימו בשמחה לעזור לי. לא הספקתי למצמץ ובתוך 30 שניות תיקנו לי תקלה שאני ועוד 4 אנשים ניסינו שעות לשבת עליה . וואו!! גם שירות מעולה!! גם תיקון מהיר !! כל הכבוד , ממליצה !

Einfach Nie Zu erreichen, Anrufe werden seit Tagen einfach weggedrückt... versuche seit ca 1 Woche täglich 6-12 mal anzurufen... stimme den anderen zu... Laden ist auch gerne mal einfach zu. Ich empfehle den Arlt Computer laden in der Sofienstrasse.

Vielleicht ist die Reparatur in see Tat gut, leider werde ich das nie erfahren. Ich stand 20 Minuten innerhalb der Öffnungszeiten vor dem Laden, klopfte und rief an. Keine Reaktion. Schade, da war der Weg umsonst. Bitte aktualisieren Sie die Öffnungszeiten, falls diese nicht stimmen.
