I worked with Nicole last year for about 3 months last year in her role as a nutritional coach. I was interested in learning more about how to fuel my body for overall health and improved running performance. While lockdown made it difficult to address specific goals, I did enjoy looking more closely at my food choices and making sustainable changes to my diet. I started to explore the need for better fueling with exercise and I hope to expand on this as running events return in 2021. Nicole made herself very available and gave excellent, realistic feedback each week. Highly recommend Nicole if you are looking for accurate, targeted nutritional advice.

Was looking all around the north for a gym like this, I wish I’d found it earlier. Awesome vibe, excellent equipment and super high quality, knowledgeable trainers. Doesn’t matter what you’re into, these guys do it all, boxing, mma, strength, group sessions and PT. Do yourself a favour and get amongst it if you’re serious about training and having a ball while doing it.
