Great position, view, spa and breakfast. The wellness is trully clean and the masseur very gentle and professional. Clean rooms and artistic touch with expo of a painter by the lobby. The best part is the restaurant, which I would like to give 5 STARS!!!! Amazingly tasty plates and presentation. The only thing that doesn't deserve 4 star is the reception, which often they have too much to do, they made a couple of mistakes and I had to wait too long for a simple question.

Great place to rest and recover!
Very nice hotel with lake view and spa available... One thing I can assure you that all the personnel are mega nice, attentive, very nice people and pleasing... I recommend if you want to take it easy and relax
It's really good hotel, I Love to stay here .. There is 2 view that you can see from your room , City view or Bodensee view .. The room is comfortable for 2 person. They also preare hairdryer for straight or even curly hair. Safety deposit box and mini bar are inside the cabinet. Last night we had amazing dinner in their BO's restaurant, and for the breakfast they have a lot of choice with amazing view from the restaurant .. It's really in the middle of old town .. When you walk around, it's such amazing place .. The Staff, all of them so friendly to all the guests, and the check-in process no need to take a long time .. They have wellness and spa as well. I recommend Hotel Heiden for you guys who travel to Heiden Village Switzerland Canton of Appenzell Ausserrhoden. #pardonwithmygrammar
Gourmet food, well prepared and presented, served by friendly waitresses with a smile. Excellent wellness facilities including pool. Only reason I give a star less is because of the dated rooms.
A beautiful large inside pool overlooking the Lake of Constance. Hot tub and beds outside as well. Sauna and fitness room. Free tea, syrup and apples.
