I brought my 14 year old chocolate lab here for grooming and had an awesome experience! The team was kind and helpful beforehand, and Samantha came back soft and fluffy. She sheds a TON and they did a great job. I also love the outdoor pick up/drop off space to reduce indoor covid spread. Would highly recommend bringing your dog here for grooming

This was truly one of the worst experiences I have had with daycare for my puppy. During pick-up I was told that he had a bad day. Which I found unusual since his previous visits had been so wonderful per the staff. He presented with a horrible rash and bleeding from his prepuce area. I was told he had the rash during drop off and it was noted to tell me during pick up. I was told they did not notice any bleeding but it took them a bit longer than usual to bring him out to me. Dry blood was surrounding his prepuce but no one noticed that but somehow noticed the rash in the same area. Further more, as the owner was “gathering information” from his staff, it was noted that there was a lot of yelling during drop off. Of course it is natural to be upset and I had appropriate concerns. Indicating that I was yelling was just not true. I will not accept that. I was given a contact card to call the manager. I never received a call from her. The owner did call to follow up appropriately but I will not support a place that tells stories about customer interactions or a place that can not communicate and monitor issues appropriately. I paid for the day with no fuss. I did not yell. I only expressed my concerns and wanted answers to my questions that they were not able to provide.
Absolutely wonderful place to bring your dog! They have extensive training knowledge and experience. Very professional staff and tailor their programs to best help you and your dog. Highly recommend to any and all dog friends!
