We have ordered furniture for a our new home as a very nice sales representative have told us that things are in warehour in heilbronn but when er reached in warehouse they have given is truck for 3 hours and have told us to pick up some items from another location we went there but things are missing and we have short of time prior as we rented truck from mömax heilbronn well we didnt got the things which was listed in our receipts . Anyhow we have called the sales representative and he have arange things for us to pick up in another location stuttgart we doesn't accept as it was too far again waiting for xouple of week we got our dinning table which we ordered and again warehouse people mistakenly gave us wrong the correct one will come 3 to 6 weeks later since 2 months have been pass away we didnt received our items...........my experience is really bad in mömax.

Positiv war, dass beim Einladen geholfen wurde. Leider hat die Warenausgabe aber die falschen Teile ausgehändigt. Umtausch war problemlos, aber sehr viel unnötiger Aufwand.

Mömax Heilbronn hat 2 Kassen, warum wird ständig nur eine benutzt. Die Schlange der Käufer ist ewig lang und es macht keine weitere Kasse auf. Ich war 2x in diesem Geschäft und musste das 1. mal 18 Minuten warten bis ich an der Kasse war und beim 2.mal habe ich nach 17 Minuten mein Zeug beiseite getan und bin gegangen. Die Kassiererin ist furchtbar langsam, ich kann das beurteilen weil ich selbst fast 40 Jahre Verkäuferin war. Bitte wenn ihr keine Kunden verlieren wollt seit freundlicher, schneller und macht die 2. Kasse auf wenn sich eine Schlange bildet.
