Why the two stars. Two stars is considered when there is a problem with service or the work completed work is done with errors. Ordering glass is one thing while performing labor is another task. Basically, three months from the time of order to installing the glass, blaming the customer for their mistake, not going in detail during the ordering process, and blaming the customer for their drilling mistake. For instance, the shower glass requested was 76 cm or 760 mm. Glass Naether wrote 67 cm or 670 mmm. There is a clear transpose error. Glass Naether complained for nearly an hour that the customer made the mistake of writing down the correct number what is being measured. This is not kindergarten school.
