The driver just ring the bell, and then put my delivery in the elevator and left, without any personal contact, no greeting. But the worst is, to just leave the goods in the elevator of the flat building i live with other 500 people living there, anybody could have had stolen the goods. After emailing the company to file a complaint about the driver, I got a ridiculous downplaying email that it's not really a serious issue and I need to calm down and not exaggerate so much. They really know how to make a customer feel unworthy and worthless and unheard.
