Excellent service. Courteous, English speaking staff. Update: Courteous, yes. Competent mechanics, no. They convinced me to do a head gasket replacement because of oil under the carriage. I had never had a serious problem with my 528. When I went to pick it up, the engine started sputtering and blowing black smoke on the way home. It had no power at all. I turned around and went back. They claimed it wasn't their fault and demanded another 1500 euros to fix what had obviously broken as a result of their work. Also, when I picked up the CAR the second time, the climate system suddenly blows hot air all the time. How did they break that fixing the engine??? I didn't dare go back to them again. You take a huge risk with these people. They don't stand behind their work. Also, the mechanics we saw are not German but migrants with Slavic accents(so they are probably saving money on labor). Make of that what you will. Normally I wouldn't care about such things but in this case, THEY BROKE MY CAR!!! I'm lowering my rating by 4 and I'll never go back there.

Shady business. I had a friend that got a new version of navigation maps installed for one price and I was quoted 100 higher for the same thing. Only one salesman was working while I was there numerous times and I had significant wait times every time I visited. I regretted every visit.
