I purchased several times from their online store. Packages are delivered quickly. Prices are good (sometimes even cheaper that amazon). But most of all, their customer service is absolutely excellent. Whenever I had a problem (mostly because of fragile objects that had a rough travel), they were responsive and helpful. Therefore I can recommend them with confidence and will buy there again.

Bij het bestelde product staat 1-2 dagen levertijd. Onderaan de website staat vermeld: Vandaag besteld, morgen in huis bij verzending naar Nederland en Duitsland. Nou, niet dus. Bijna een week later en er is nog niks verstuurd. Helaas had ik het snel nodig, dus mochten jullie niet kunnen leveren voordat de winkels weer open gaan aankomende woensdag, dan wil ik graag kunnen annuleren zodat ik het alsnog snel kan kopen. Op mails wordt niet geantwoord door Iwona Tec.
