Craig had no customer service skills, isn’t friendly or pleasant.. or informative of his services. 10 minute ride literally around the block, 25 for 2 adults. I figured he would talk to us, explain things or have a fun story about the city of Helen or something. The idea of the ride is cute. You can say you did it, but don’t you would say you enjoyed it. The little train around Helen is 10 from what I’ve seen. I’d shoot for that or just walk around, bc I’m telling you it wasn’t worth it. Least the operator could do is jazz the experience up with a damn smile.
