I had some coaching sessions during lockdown as I was struggling making a transition to a new team virtually. Helen helped me with some really helpful techniques solve the problems I was facing, and helped me to look at the situation I was stuck in the middle of from a birds eye view. I still look back to the session notes and actions she sent to get my thinking back on track. Helen was professional, patient and pragmatic. I would really recommend having done sessions with Helen if you need a coach to help work through some hefty problems, need help with self confidence or procrastination.
