My Experience

Some shops simply need to close their doors, or make their business better. make the customer feel your work-ethic makes them feel valuable. The dirt, grunge and grime in this place is insulting to most civilized people. Business owner? Make it better looking, and offer better service that people are willing to come too for professional advice and purchase from you. These guys are content to sit around smoking and joking, while the facility is filthy, dilapidated and run down. Seriously, Get worthy tractors on your lot. Every time i go to this location in East Helena, they always have beat down, worn out, non functioning tractors, literally in pieces, that seem only valuable for parts. Rarely is there a tractor without expensive issues, but even then, it is way out of the reality in price. Their lot had absolutely NO new equipment, nor even new looking equipment and only had run hard rigs, mostly missing parts, and honestly, not worthy of your time. Anybody can “order” anything, but based on the dirty, torn down look of this establishment, you are NOT going to get your money’s worth. Seriously, they should close down their business or call themselves a parts/consignment place only, or do better for the community in which they live in. Even then, if you know your part number, then buy it online and these guys won’t make a dime off you. I would really like to spend my money here, but the way it currently is, I cannot stomach it. Until they fix their business model, you are really stuck on places far away to buy from. Repairs? Same thing. If you really need a tractor, You are better off buying from a dealer in Townsend, Manhattan, or Great Falls, where the item will work. Sorry, but that’s the closest you can get what you really need.
