Mette is an exceptional, dedicated and very enthusiastic teacher. My girlfriend and I took 1-on-1 sessions via Zoom and had a truly remarkable experience. The sessions were very engaging and never boring. Mette succeeds in creating interactive sessions and keeping you active. She is fluent in English and a great communicator. I really liked the fact that Mette puts an emphasis on speaking and on pronunciation. This way, you will be able to practice and test what you have learned in your daily life. To our surprise, Mette even explained grammatical concepts in a fun and interesting way. She tailored the sessions to our needs, was patient but challenged us at the same time. Mette is a phenomenal teacher! You rarely come across teachers who are as dedicated and passionate about teaching as Mette. As a native english speaker I had lived in Denmark for two years and dreaded the thought of learning a new language. I have not only learned a tremendous amount from attending 1-on-1 sessions with Mette, but I have enjoyed every second of it. She is funny, sincere and extremely knowledgeable in her teaching methodologies. Each class she comes prepared with a specific agenda tailored to my needs, rather than a chapter by chapter approach to teaching. This personalized approach has enabled me to feel more confident, while also drastically improving my danish reading, writing and oral capabilities.
