Cleopatra probably has one of the friendliest service out there in Helmond. You can order Turkisch food here and there is a Shisha lounge. The food presentation is well done and there are many customizable options. The only thing that prevents me from giving it a 5 star was the Tuna Wrap that I ordered, it had sweet chili sauce which isn't a good combination in a tuna wrap. However it was a great place to grab some food, would recommend.

Very nice service, you get instead of an SMS an email that your order has been recieved, with a rounded up timestamp when your food will be delivered. It was for me 10 minutes later, BUT, the food was hot! And that makes everything right! Very good service, extremely good food, hot, in time and above all: FRIENDLY! I don't really understand the paying service. They use FastPay of something, even though you pay with iDeal, it goes through FastPay and it charges 1 euro for it's service. But yeah, I don't understand that, so I leave it with that. For the food, its worth it, perfection in everything!
Ordered via the thuisbezorgd app,they deliver by themselves. Had to wait more than 1hr and half because the delivery guy couldn't enter my building and they returned my order. Instead of them calling me I had to call and them and ask where is my order. Then I had to wait more for them to prepare it again, after that they discovered that there is phone number which I have provided and on top of all they blamed me...
